These could be longer titled postings, or short postings from ping.fm, which I use to update Twitter, indenti.ca and/or a few additional micro-blogs.
If you see a short entry with no title, chances are, it was sent through ping.fm and maybe even from a cellphone

Late to work. Stopped to help an old man that fell taking his trash to the curb. Laid there 20 mins with no help. Face all bloody.
